We have a bright and comfortable double room available in our flat, right next to Tulse Hill station with great transport links into central London.

The house is in a great spot, with local bars, restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Brockwell park is also just on the doorstep with 15min wk away.

You’ll be sharing with a relaxed couple in an easy-going household. We’re generally quiet in the evenings and enjoy winding down with a film or a good series.

One of us works from home two days a week, so we’re looking for someone who’s considerate and respectful of shared space during the day.
The house has a shared kitchen, living and dining area, plus a bathroom.

It’s a calm, comfortable place to come back to after work.
We also have a small elderly Shih Tzu, so being a genuine dog lover is essential. Hes very sweet and mostly keeps to himself, but is very much part of the home.

We’re ideally looking for someone clean, friendly and independent who’s happy to share space but also enjoys their own routine. The room is available for a 6–12 month term.
