I’m looking to rent out a double bedroom in my lovely top floor flat in Tulse Hill, a 5-min walk from the station and bus stops.

The flat is split level, on the second floor of a period conversion property (no lift). There’s access to a large shared garden. On-road parking and a shed for a bike if needed.

We will share the kitchen and bathroom, there’s a TV in the bedroom and the room is fully furnished with ample storage.

About me, I’m a working professional in the office 5 days a week. I’m up early to go to the gym before work and as such keep it low-key during the week, usually in bed by 10. Looking for someone similar who this lifestyle aligns with.
