* Deposit of £1,000.
* Available from 25th May - minimum of 6 months' tenancy but open to a year or more if that suits you.

About me:

* 30 years old, male, working in law.
* passion for cooking and sports (football, rugby, cricket, tennis, you name it), as well as socialising and watching tv shows/films.
* in the office most of the week, so the flat’s nice and peaceful during the day, but I love to get out and about at weekends — usually out for dinner or catching up with friends!

The flat itself is bright and spacious, spread across two levels. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is:

* Tulse Hill is a lovely area with a bustling high street. The surrounding area is residential, with Brockwell Park only a short walk away from the flat itself.
* The flat is located on a quiet residential street only a 7-8 min walk from the station, and has good connections to the City and central London more generally.
* Direct train from Tulse Hill station to Blackfriars, Thameslink, Farringdon and London Bridge.
* Short bus journey to Brixton station for the Victoria line.

The available bedroom is a bright, spacious double room that comes fully furnished with a bed, TV, wardrobe, and its own desk.
