I’m looking for a like-minded female tenant for a bright, airy, fully furnished room in my lovely flat in Tulse Hill. The room has space for a desk if you need to work from home occasionally and the flat itself has a modern kitchen, separate living room, and sits on the 4th floor with amazing views.

This isn’t a typical landlord setup — I live here and have made this flat a real home, so I’m looking for someone who’ll treat it with the same love and care. I’m young, relaxed, and easy to live with, but cleanliness and respect for the space are really important to me.

A few important things:

* Very clean and tidy is a must
* Single occupant only
* Female only
* Not a party household
* Keep guests to a minimum
* I value my privacy, but also don’t want to live with someone who feels like a complete stranger

* Central London in around 20 minutes
* Easy links to Gatwick for weekend getaways
* Bus stop just down the road with Brixton about 10 minutes away
* Walking distance to lovely cafés, bars, gyms, and local spots
