Hi guys, I'm looking for someone to rent the large second bedroom in my lovely, recently renovated house in West Norwood. The house comes with a large south facing garden, living room, dining room, bathroom and newly installed kitchen with all amenities.

The very large double room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table and lamp, desk and chair and wardrobe. It also has a fireplace (not useable) and a lovely bay window.

The house is in a quiet, leafy residential street, just 3 min walk from West Norwood High Street with its range of excellent bars and cafes, and Picturehouse cinema. Brockwell park is also within walking distance. There are trains to central London from Tulse Hill (10 min walk; trains every 15 mins and it's 16 mins to Blackfriars; 20 mins to London Bridge), or a 5 min walk to West Norwood station (trains to Victoria and London Bridge). Brixton, Dulwich and Streatham are short distances away.

The price includes all bills, and the house comes with fast WiFi. I'm looking for a clean, non-smoker housemate, who is sociable and outgoing with their own London life, but also who is happy to chat and have a laugh sometimes and watch tv.



I’m gay, early forties, professional, friendly and laid back, with interests including travelling, seeing friends, gym, getting out and about in London, tennis and skiing. The house also comes with a cute - and very friendly - cat Mylo, who doesn't scratch.

The room is available immediately, but I'm also happy to wait a little while for the right person.
