Double room in friendly Tulse Hill flatshare

I'm a 29-year-old professional looking for a like-minded flatmate to share my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat in Tulse Hill.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of my time running and cycling, often training before work, and I also enjoy cooking, catching up with friends, exploring London and travelling. I'm generally quite active and tend to keep to an early-to-bed, early-to-rise routine, so I'd love to find someone with a similar lifestyle and schedule.

The flat is on a quiet residential road, less than a 5-minute walk from Tulse Hill station, with direct trains to London Bridge, Blackfriars and St Pancras. Brockwell Park and Dulwich Park are both nearby, with plenty of great cafés and pubs nearby too.

I work from home around two days a week from the lounge, so I'm ideally looking for someone who is office-based most of the week or works from home no more than a couple of days per week.

The flat would suit a friendly, considerate professional who's looking for a relaxed and tidy home rather than a party house. It would be great to find someone who enjoys a chat or meal together while also respecting each other's space and routines.

The flat has a lovely private garden as well as a shed suitable for storing bikes.
