Beautiful home in leafy tulse hill

Hellloo,

I am looking for someone to join me and my cat Nikko in my home in Tulse Hill. It is a great area and our neighbours are lovely.

I'm looking for someone to come and live here for a few months until my sister can hopefully move in with me.
(I will be going away for the month of November, so may be looking for someone to fill the second room during that time).

We can discuss if you would prefer to take the attic room or the balcony room. Both rooms are very spacious and include desk space and a monitor if you wish. Excuse the Christmas decorations in the pictures haha!

I am very laid back and love to host and have guests around. I also am looking for someone clean and respectful who matches the vibes and we can kikii :). I am a 29 year old freelance medical writer and drugs writer. I sometimes work from home but mostly work from my co-working space in Dulwich.

I have a shared garden but my neighbour doesnt use it so it's essentially private and you are welcome to use it as you wish.
