Lovely Double, Brixton Hill (Near Brockwell Park)

We’re looking for a clean, mature, and easy-going housemate to join our gorgeous, music-filled house!

You’ll be sharing with two mates:
Stan (25): Works from home in tech.
Hati (25): Works in hospitality.
Bean (4): Cat.

We like to put our kitchen and soundsystem to use, and we host the occasional BBQ in the garden. The living room is a great place to watch films, and we keep the house smelling nice with incense. The whole garden is ours, and totally private.

We view the house as a shared space, meaning we share bulk essentials and use Splitwise to keep things simple and fair (separate salt and pepper pots in separate cupboards isn't our style). That said, we respect each other’s downtime and privacy. It’s a balance.

Location:
10 minutes from Brockwell Park.
Tucked away in the nice part of Brixton, close enough to the station, without the noise.
Gym 5 minutes away.

Who We’re Looking For:
Inherently tidy - we're prideful of the space, and worked hard to get it to this state (the photos are how tidy we really tend to be!)
Sociable and mature - someone who enjoys a chat, a shared glass of wine, and the occasional house hangout, but communicates well and has their own life going on.
Music and animal lover - both are integral to the house and community. Bean is our cat. Bean friendly.

The Financials:
Rent: £1,100 / month (excluding bills)
Deposit: £1,154
Bills: ~£130 (varies, but not by much)
Landlord is cool and estate agents responsive
