* Great transport links: Tulse Hill station is around an 8–10 minute walk away, with great Thameslink connections, while Herne Hill is around 15 minutes on foot for trains into Victoria. Brixton is also an easy, short bus ride away.

* Sharing with just me, so it’s a relaxed two-person household.

It would suit someone independent with their own life but who also enjoys the occasional chat/glass of wine/cup of tea at home - friendly rather than ships passing in the night, but equally no pressure to socialise.
