I'm a 39yr old professional looking for a flatmate to share my home with on a Monday to Friday basis. I am clean and tidy and looking for the same of any flatmate sharing my home with me. The room is available from 1st April 2014 and rent will be £550, inclusive of all bills.

This is a lovely flat which I have made homely and I am looking for someone who wishes to enjoy it too during the week. This is a great flat with great transport links and amenities, and benefits from a location on a quiet residential street with available parking close by.

The flat is a great basement home which benefits from ample space including a great garden that can be enjoyed in the summer. The bedroom is a spacious double with a large bay window and ample storage space. It comes fully furnished with bed, storage wardrobe, and bedside table but still with the space to make it comfortable. Bedding can be provided if required and there is sole use of the main bathroom as I have the en suite room - so no queuing in the morning! A cleaner visits fortnightly also.

The flat is within a period building, extremely spacious with open plan living and a large modern kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and all the typical appliances. The reception room is a large room with a large sofa and dining table. There is high speed broadband, BT Youview service and flat screen tv.

One of the best perks of this flat is the extremely close proximity to Tulse Hill National Rail station, which is right on the doorstep. The train services provide regular transport to London Bridge via Southern Rail, as well as City Thameslink via the First Capital Connect service. There are also direct bus links to numerous popular South London locations including Dulwich, Crystal Palace and Brixton. For drivers there is direct access to the South Circular also. There are a number of amenities close by including a pharmacy, GP, corner shops and small supermarket.

Please no students or anyone that predominantly works from home or unsociable hours. Due to personal preference the room is being advertised for professionals only.
