Reason for cheap price is that the flat is not renovated, is not a fancy flat, but the rooms are very good. This one particularly you can make it your own mini studio and arrange things however you want. Right now the sofa is not placed in a place that make sense ( last tenant left like that?🙄 ) but you can move it around and have aniver lay out

Suited for people that want to save on rent but like a proper decent space for themselves. Your flatmates will be all males hard working that mind their own business , but will be friendly if you meet them around the flat (so this is not a place if you are looking to socialise)

It is a maisonette on 2 floors, double glazed, the floor is wood laminated on rooms and kitchen, halls and carpet on stairs and there is central heating.

You would be sharing the kitchen and the bathrooms, there is NO Lounge
