Double Bedroom in quiet house

Double room in a quiet modern town house situated between Tulse Hill and West Norwood stations. Buses to Brixton take 15 mins. The high street is a 1 minute walk where you can find lots of shops and restaurants.

There are 3 floors in this house. I live alone and have my bedroom/bathroom on the ground floor. The middle floor is the kitchen and living room area.

On the top floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, both are furnished and have double sized built in wardrobes. They share a beautiful modern bathroom with walk in shower (no tub). The water pressure is really good!

I have a dog, a mini Pinscher (8kg).

I'm looking for considerate sensible lodgers.
(I would consider a couple if they were interested in both rooms)
