Double room in a newly refurbished house

We are 2 females looking to rent out a large double room in a newly refurbished family home. The house is located in a quiet residential road in the Glebe Estate area of Chiswick - Reckitt Road.

It is just minutes away from Turnham Green tube station on the District Line and all the amenities of Chiswick High Road.

The fully furnished double bedroom is located on the 1st floor with access to very large and modern bathroom (shared with 1 person). The room has a built in wardrobe, oak flooring, storage bed, desk and WiFi TV (with Free View too). The sash window is south facing garden so lots of natural light.

A bit about us: we are friendly hard working professionals who are house proud. We’ve recently completed an extensive refurbishment on the property and welcome a professional who enjoys living in a lovely home. We have a super friendly miniature dachshund called Frank hence why we can’t accept other pets.

You have access to a separate lounge and landscaped garden and the house benefits from new and modern finishes throughout. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The rent includes all bills including utilities, council tax, TV (Netflix, Now TV, Sky) and WiFi and a fortnightly cleaning service.
