We have 1 single room in this very large building. There is a large shared kitchen and dining area, living room, several bathrooms/showers and laundry facilities.

Please note: this is a short term property, as is the nature of property Guardianship.

Guardian Criteria:
- Age: Must be over the age of 21
- Occupation: Must be in full time employment
- Salary: Minimum £15k annual income

Vetting Documents:
- Copy of passport or ID card
- Clean DBS (Criminal record check)
- Past 3 months bank statements
- Employment reference
- Landlord reference

PROPERTY GUARDIANSHIP:
Please note that we are a `guardian` company, and that you would become a guardian in this building- As a guardian you will be signing a `licence to occupy` the property rather than a tenancy (AST). The licence gives the licensee (you) & issuer (us) each 28 days’ notice period to vacate & an immediate return of your deposit.
