Furnished double room in lovely flat

Hi,

A double room will become available in the apartment where I live starting from 20th September. The kitchen, shower, toilet, and living room are shared. The apartment is ideally located, close to the metro station and all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc.) in a safe neighbourhood. The room is furnished; the white wardrobe isn't staying but can possibly stay.

The following costs are split between us two:

£1700 rent
£170 council tax
£80.70 internet (open to lowering the subscription)
£53.26 water
£52 electricity/gas

The property is run by an agency so the usual checks apply.

I’m looking to live with someone respectful who keeps the shared spaces clean and tidy. I’m up for spending some time together but also value having my own peace. :)

FYI - The layout of the living room has changed.
