Room to rent in leafy green Chiswick

Hi there!

I'm looking for another girl to take over my room in Chiswick. I've moved in here 4 years ago and I'm very sad to let it go as it's frankly a steal, but as I'm moving in with my partner we need more space for our stuff haha

Our move in date to the new place is the 22nd of July, so this room would be available around that date, we're flexible.

--The room --
First of all, it's HUGE (4x5m). It comes completely unfurnished so you can do whatever you like with it. There's 3 build in storage cupboards for your clothes and some shelves on top of them. It's always very bright due to the massive windows facing east.

All the furniture you see in the picture is mine, but I will be selling some of it when I move out, like the bed. The small chest of drawers, chair and possible the desk I could leave as well.

- - The property - -
The house is in a quiet residential area, less than 3 minutes walk from Turnham Green station. Being close to Chiswick High Road, all shop are also within walking distance. Loads of green and park options, and Westfields or Kew Gardens are a short bus ride away. Takes around 25 -35min to get to Central London, either on the Piccadilly Line, District or even bus.

The house is a two floor properly, with the flat situated on the top floor. There's three bedrooms (so you'd be sharing with two others), a spacious kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen comes fully equipped(washing machine, dishwasher and oven have been recently replaced so are new) and bathroom has a bath. There's also a small porch in front of the house where you can chill in summer. Sadly no living room.

For bills, they're not included in the rent, but they would add on to roughly £100 per month (water is paid annually, gas and electric, internet and council tax monthly). Council tax band is D and is £66pp/month. Rent is paid to the landlord on the 16th of every month.

We're on a rolling contract that renews in February. You will be doing a name swap with me. The deposit is roughly £700.

- - The household - -
The other flatmates are two female professionals, 23 and 39, very lovely and respectful, they're looking for someone similar to join them. Female only and no students.
