We are gay Dads with two young boys and we own our house and the house next door. We already have a female professional renting the property next door from us and we are searching for someone to house share with her. She is absolutely lovely and we have all become good friends so, ideally, we are looking for the neighbourly type! It will work best with someone who is in a similar position to her.

Our property is nestled at the end of a quiet Chiswick street which sits just off Chiswick High Road. It’s a short walk from Turnham Green Underground station which sits across from a large common where you can picnic or exercise. There are many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants around this leafy area of West London which makes it perfect for a stroll or catching up with friends. There is a bus stop a few minutes from our front door and a Lime bike station at the end of the street which adds to the already great transport links. The property is a 10 minute drive from the M4 which provides quick access to the likes of Heathrow Airport should you ever need to fly.

The property itself is gated, protected by security cameras and has controlled entry. The space on offer is a fully equipped studio which is spread over the bottom floor of this beautiful house. The studio has its own private entrance and includes a small private garden space at the back of the property with a shed for storage.

It includes a bright kitchen space, a pristine bathroom and a utility space. These have been designed with ample storage allowing the rest of the studio to be used as living space. There is a handy wall bed that can either be left down as a permanent double or simply folded away each day into the wall to allow for additional living space.

Importantly, this studio space can be completely locked to prevent any access from the rest of the house, but it can access the floor above internally should you want to. This house share will give you shared used of the communal space on the first floor of the property with the peace of mind that nobody can enter your studio space without having access to the keys. With huge windows allowing for the sun to stream through all morning and then filter through the opposite side in the evening, the first floor is the perfect space to relax, enjoy a meal with friends or work from home.

There is a considerable space in front of the property that can be used for parking and, as it is gated, comes with additional security.

As we live next door and work from home, there is never an issue with reporting any problems or requesting assistance with the property. We are on hand and committed to resolving any problems quickly and to your satisfaction.
