Peaceful, Self-Contained Flat in Leafy West London – Ideal for a Weekday Commuter or Mature Student

Hello! I’m Laura, and I share my home with Luna, my friendly (and sometimes sassy!) kitty. I have a lovely self-contained space within my home that I’m looking to rent out to someone who values a calm, tidy, and relaxed environment.

The space is perfect for a single person — perhaps someone who commutes into London during the week or a mature student who needs a peaceful base. It’s not a home for entertaining, so it suits someone with a busy life who enjoys quiet time when they’re home.

Turnham Green Tube station (District line) is just a 7-minute walk away, with easy access to the City and Heathrow. The area is full of character, with great shops, local markets, parks, riverside walks, and plenty of bars and restaurants. One of my favourite walks is along the Thames to Hammersmith Bridge and back.

The flat itself includes:

The space is ideal for someone travelling light — ideally just a couple of suitcases.

A weekly one-hour clean is included, and the flat is newly renovated and fresh throughout. Depending on your circumstances, there may be a council tax contribution.

A bit about me: I work as a private chef, often up early cooking and delivering meals. I’d love to offer you freshly prepared, organic (mainly vegetarian) meals as an optional extra if that’s something you’d enjoy!
