I am a design professional looking for a chilled flatmate for the studio. It's on the ground floor of this gorgeous, spacious and unique property. So, in addition to your own private studio space (incl. kitchen and bathroom), you will also have use of the communal living room (i. e. the photos with the pink armchair).
The landlords (who live next door) are friendly and helpful. We have all become good friends so, ideally, we are looking for the neighbourly type.
The property is nestled at the end of a quiet street which sits just off Chiswick High Road. It’s a short walk from Turnham Green underground station which sits across from a large common where you can picnic or exercise. There are many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants around this leafy area of West London which makes it perfect for a stroll or catching up with friends. There is a bus stop a few minutes from our front door and a Lime bike station at the end of the street which adds to the already great transport links. The property is a 10 minute drive from the M4 which provides quick access to the likes of Heathrow Airport should you ever need to fly.
The property itself is gated, protected by security cameras and has controlled entry. The space on offer is a fully equipped studio which is spread over the bottom floor of this beautiful property.
