Spacious double room only seconds from tube

I took this room when I first moved to London for its location and size! It's very spacious and comes furnished it even has a flat screen tv in the room. The kitchen and bathroom are shared by the other housemates who are very clean and considerate. There is a weekly cleaner at no extra cost :) the flat also has a garden which is lovely in the summer!
I am moving closer to work hence needing to find someone to replace me, the price includes all bills(inc wifi). The deposit will be payable to London shared who are the managing agents. You wouldn't be taking over my contract but starting a new one, therefore length of contract etc can be flexible. Available from the 10th January 2015. Please contact me via text for viewings!
