Use of very well equipped large open plan kitchen & garden. Washing machine/ dishwasher/dryer. Not general use of living room. My home is mostly contemporary but cosy; it will suit someone who respects their home, is neat, tidy and quiet and enjoys comfortable clean surroundings.
Included in rent: household bills, high speed WIFI, cleaner, sheets/towels, bedlinen changed each 2 weeks, tea and coffee, loo roll... My work hours are irregular, so am sociable some of the time! We lead our own lives but may intersect at times, we might share the occasional glass or meal...
Absolutely cannot have any smoker in the house (even someone who smokes only outside the home). Close to shops, bars, restaurants, cafes on Devonshire Rd & Chiswick High Rd. Turnham Green Tube on District Line PLUS Piccadilly line stops after 10.30pm (and before 6.45am), many buses. 350 metres from the river Thames.
