A very large room (11. 3 feet x 10. 8 feet) is available for Monday to Friday lodgers in a lovely detached house with a leafy, private garden.

This room is for someone looking for somewhere to stay on Mon-Fri each week only. The room would suit an individual person and not a couple.

The rental term is very flexible. You can stay for one day, two days, a week, a month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months a year or more.

The house is located on a very quiet road under 3 mins walk to Turnham Green Tube Station. Perfect for commuting into the city - about 15 mins on tube to London Victoria.

Chiswick is an amazing, safe, upmarket area with beautiful parks, bars and restaurants. Turnham Green is the best part of Chiswick. Just google Chiswick and Turnham Green and you will see.

The room has a built in treble wardrobe and access to a converted loft, which could be used for medium term storage. The bed is king size. You can leave stuff in the room over the weekend if that's convenient for you.

I have a weekly cleaner so the house is kept in a fairly neat and tidy state. Your sheets / pillow cases will be washed weekly and towels are provided. Essentially the arrangement will be like a Mon-Fri hotel except there are no meals provided.

The bathroom is nicely appointed with an excellent shower.

The lounge room is extra-large with a massive 55 inch flat screen TV, and massive, comfy leather sofa. There's a cross trainer that can be used if you're into that, and there's a spare bicycle to use if you like riding around the local neighbourhood.

The kitchen is modern with all typical appliances (including a dishwasher) so if you like cooking that won't be a problem.

Overall it's an excellent house in an excellent location.

The room would suit a professional person who commutes from outside London to work in London and who needs a room Monday night to Thursday night (leaving on Fridays to return to their home outside London).

I am the owner/occupier. I'm a British/Australian professional male and have lived and worked in London for almost 20 years. I'm recently taking an extended holiday from traditional work (IT contracting / consulting) to pursue day trading from home, Monday - Friday. There are 2 x cats in residence also, so it's a bonus if you like (or can tolerate) cats.

I smoke electronic cigarettes but if you smoke real cigarettes that's ok. All smoking must be in the garden only.

The house has a private driveway. I'm actually renting the driveway out as a separate concern. If you commute to London by car and would like to park in the driveway, we might be able to make an additional agreement.

The general vibe of the house is friendly and quiet, and would suit a similar professional.

Because it is a Mon-Fri lodger arrangement, we will have a rolling 1 week agreement (or less if you are only staying for a couple of days). If you would like a rolling agreement for a time period greater than one week, I am completely open to discussing this (for example, if you are looking for Mon-Fri lodgings for 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months).
