We are looking for someone to move in to a lovely first floor flat in the leafy Turnham Green in Chiswick. The room is available now.

It is a spacious double room which is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, small cupboard and shelves). The flat itself has a large living / dining space with kitchen. Rent is £820 per month which includes all bills (and broadband). You will have to pay a £900 deposit and small reference fee.

The flat is a 7 minute walk to Turnham Green tube station (zone 2) which has easy access to central London via the District and Piccadilly lines - there are also good bus links to Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush etc. Turnham Green has lovely shops, pubs, restaurants and parks. The river is a 5 minute walk away.

You would be sharing with two friendly flatmates, Steph and Chris, both 25, whose interests include baking, boardgames and watching films.
