Nice rooms near Turnpike Lane/Wood Green area

Hi,
We have one good size room available mid August in a nice house with big kitchen, big garden with barbeque and 2 toilets. The house is well located with bus stop just outside the house, 10-15 min walk to Turnpike Lane and Wood Green stations (Piccadilly Line - 20 min to central London), many shops just 2 minutes away and a few lovely parks around too. The rent is £125/week and is paid every 4 weeks. We ask for a 4 weeks deposit and 4 weeks rent in advance. Rent includes all bills and wifi. We are thinking of getting a professional cleaner in which case an extra
£3/w per person will be added onto the rent.
