We are looking for a nice , friendly person or couple . We have available lovely attic en-suite room with a double bed, toilet and bathroom in new refurbished house. We look for a friendly and clean person, professional. The rooms is ready for moving on 25th of June . This is suitable for single person or a couple (male / female / gay or straight). Please have all rights to stay and work in the UK. The house is situated nearby Turnpike Lane, North London; Zone 3, on the Piccadilly Line, connection to Central London takes about 18 minutes by tube. It is in a safe area and is 5 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane tube station to the house. All shops are close by. The rent includes council tax, water, and Virgin media optic internet 300 Mbit. We are sharing an electricity and gas, 25 £ pre payment each month. For your convenience, there is also a lovely kitchen, a living room and garden to relax in.
Rent for single person is 850£ + 350£ deposit, for couple 900£ + 300£ each deposit. 6 months contract.
