My name is Dave, 34 and I’m looking for a flatmate to take my spare room for 6 months (with possibility to extend to a year). It’s a good sized 2 bed ground floor flat in Wood Green with a lounge, garden, bathroom with shower/bath and a kitchen diner. The room on offer is a double and comes furnished - it’s at the back of the flat allowing for a little more privacy.
I have a two year old cat called Oscar who is very friendly and is always up for cuddles!
The flat is a 7 min walk to Turnpike Lane Tube station which itself is 2x stops from Finsbury Park and 4x stops from Kings Cross, so it’s well connected.
The flat was refurbished when I bought it so its in good condition. The bathroom has a decent shower. The flat comes with all bills included. I have a washing machine/dryer. I am looking for someone easy going and chilled to live with. I am single and gay but am fine if my new flat mate is gay or straight. The flat is not designed for more than 2 people so is not suitable for couples. 'Im relaxed and very chilled out.
