Bright Double Room under the Palm Tree

My beloved double room will be available for rent at the beginning of November as I am moving to follow my new job in the opposite side of town.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but close to the vibrant and famous Green Lanes - the most fragrant street in London. You will share a cosy living room (2 sofas, TV), spacious kitchen (with all necessary appliances) and a large bathroom (with shower) with two other ladies. There is also an enormous garden, with fruit trees and blackberries, dedicated space for bbq, vegetables patch and a meditation island (this part is also shared with the neighbours' cats and squirrels).

The bedroom is located on the ground floor with a large, double glazed window looking over a palm tree.
The room comes unfurnished, except for the bed, but I might leave my wardrobe and the chest if needed for £20. Our bills come to about £100 in total, including virgin high-speed internet. We are currently working to reduce the bills by £20-40 p/p.

You will be living with two fantastic humans: Frankie, a tour manager, and Louisa, who has recently come back from Kirgistan (where she worked for Red Cross) to start her Master's degree at UCL. We are all interested in a wide range of topics and enjoy hanging out together with wine, music and exchanging ideas. We care about good atmosphere and are looking for someone with similar energy.
