1 Room available - Turnpike Lane/Wood Green area

Hello there, we have one room available (double bed but for single use) on a 4 bedroom house. The property is two-floor house with 4 double bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, living-room, kitchen, dining-room and big garden. All bills are included on the rent cost (Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax, Internet and Netflix).

We are three guys, two Spanish guys (one IT and a Pastry Chef) and one Hungary (barman in a Hotel) looking for someone around our age to share this amazing house with. We like to keep the house clean and tidy, and as we all work full time we are also looking for someone in a similar work situation.

In terms of social life, we are very easy going, quiet and sociable guys. We like to go out for drinks on weekends and have some sort of social life together in or out of the house. We all love traveling, cinema, theatre, food, outdoor activities.

Shopping and restaurants:

- Wood Green Shopping Centre is 10 minutes walk from the house
- Sainsbury Local and local grocery shops just 3 minutes walk from the house
- Great Turkish restaurants in Green Lanes just 10 to 15 minutes walk.
- Nice local pub just 5 minutes walk
- Big Sainsbury, Lidl and Morrisons about 10 minutes walk

Gym and leisure:
- The Gym has two gyms in about 10 minutes walk (a big one near the Shopping Centre and another one just outside Wood Green tube station). There is also a Pure Gym inside the Mall in Wood Green.
- Lordship recreation Ground just 5 minutes walk from the house
- Russell Park just 3 minutes away
- Alexandra Park & Palace about 30 mins walk and easy to reach by bus

Transport links:
- We are 10 minutes walk to both Turnpike Line and Wood Green Station (Picadilly Line)
- Bus 123 coming from Tottenham Hale stop just across the road and takes you directly to Turnpike line station.
- Bus 243 takes you all the way between Waterloo and Wood Green
- Bus 29 goes from Wood Green to Trafalgar Square.
- Very good connection with Stanstead Airport. Bus 123 takes you directly to Tottenham Hale (15 mins) and from there you can take the Stanstead Express.
- Piccadilly Line/Victoria Line to central London in about 20 minutes form Turnpike Line.


In terms of contractual agreement you will need to provide the following documents to our landlord:
- Proof of ID: passport or driving licence and visa if required
- Employers reference: this should contain length of employment and annual salary
- A current landlord reference or landlord details to request the references.
- Last 3 months of full bank statements
- Right to rent where applicable
