This is suitable for single person (male / female / gay or straight) or a couple as well. We look for a nice person, professional preferably. The house is situated nearby Turnpike Lane, North London; Zone 3, on the Piccadilly Line, connection to Central London takes about 18 minutes by tube. It is in a safe area and is 5 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane tube station to the house. All shops are close by. The rent includes council tax, water and internet access. We are sharing electricity and gas, prepayment cca 25£/month. For your convenience, there is also a lovely kitchen, a living room and garden to relax in.
Rent for single person is 790£ + 250£ deposit
Rent for couple is 850£ + 200£ deposit each.
Since the room is on line, it means is still available. Also the room is ready for moving in immediately on 1st of May or earlier.
