Hi,
We have two rooms available to rent in oir 6 bedroom house.
Room 1 free from the 15th of January, is very spacious ground floor room facing the road, rent is £195/week all bills included minus cleaning.
Room 2 free from 26th of January, first floor, smaller and facing the more quiet back garden, rent is £180/week all bills included minus cleaning.
Good transport connections with plenty of buses and Picadilly Line 10 min walking distance with shops and some lovely parks nearby. The house has 6 bedrooms, one large kitchen, one bathroom upstairs and extra toiet downstairs. A large garden with barbeque and plenty of storage space in the attic. All housemates are friendly, respectful and tiddy professionals. We are looking for a female to keep the balance in the house. The room looks a bit different now but you can decorate it to your own liking and it will get a new carpet.
Also we ask you to be fairly quiet, clean, respectful, punctual with the rent and hopefully no cat allergies. We have 2 cats living with us. Message me on whatssapp for any questions and to arrange a viewing.
