Big double room for couples in Turnpike Lane

Hi Everyone!!

Sadly, our lovely housemates are leaving and this bright double room will be available for you from April 29th.. It has a double bed and is completely furnished (3 wardrobes, double bed, chest of drawers).
The room could be for one and also for couples.
We share a 2 floors house and your room will be on the first floor. It is the biggest room in the house, with two windows facing the main street.
We have 2 bathrooms (one on each floor) and you will be sharing yours with two of us. We also have a very spacious kitchen/living room and a beautiful garden that we use a lot in Spring/Summer.
Also, we live literally 30 seconds from the tube/bus station. Such a convenient location!

We have a responsible and extremely understandable landlord. The rent is £850.
We have a cleaner once every two weeks. We do respect the communal spaces and have a cleaning rota.
The deposit is £ 500 to be paid once you agree to move in. The the room will be available to move immediately from April 29th.
