I'm looking for a new housemate to join us in a beautiful Victorian townhouse in West Green, Haringey.

As you’ll see from the photos, the house is bright and spacious, with:

- an open-plan kitchen and dining area
- a large and comfy living room
- a sunny, double-sectioned garden

With all this space it's easy to work from home, hangout as a group, or have some well-needed time and space to yourself.

The room comes furnished with a double-bed, shelves, desk, wardrobe, and drawers.

Location:

On a quiet estate, just 7 minutes walk from the station and only 5 minutes from the local high-street, with multiple supermarkets, a shopping centre, gym, cinema and parks nearby.

From the station it’s only 15-20 minutes to Central London, and 25-30 to the City.

About me:

I'm a relaxed and easy-going 29 year old, working for a national charity in the City.

I'm a fan of cracking out the BBQ (when the weather’s warm), cooking big meals for the house, heading to the local for a pub quiz, or relaxing in the lounge after work with a book and a glass of wine!

Details:

The room is £578 per month, before Council Tax and bills (TV license already included!)

We're looking for someone to move in on or before 1 August, or be willing to start the contract from that date (if you wanted to move in later)
