1 Double Room Available

Hey :)

We have a double room in our three-story, four-bedroom Victorian house near Turnpike Lane Station available from December 9th.

Sadly our lovely housemate is moving out after 3 years and we are looking for somebody equally as lovely to replace her.

You'll be sharing with Giovanni (33, working in pharmaceuticals) Talya (34, Video Production) and myself, Matt (41, media). We're all professionals and mix working at home with working in the office. We are all pretty chilled, friendly, sociable and easy going.. we have our own lives but also enjoy sharing a meal or watching a film or having a drink together in the house or pub. We also have friends over from time to time for dinner or a bbq. Our interests include sports, films, tv, theatre, music, cooking, travel, hiking, RuPaul, pubs.. all sorts of stuff.


The Room:
The room is a double and comes with a large wardrobe and a desk for working at home.

Bills & Rent:
The rent for the room is £564 per month. Bills are separate and divided equally through Splitwise! Bills usually come to around £130 for a month (depending on the season). We have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks!

Transport:
We are are 5-minute walk from Turnpike Lane station (Piccadilly line). There are also plenty of buses going to central and the surrounding areas.

The Area:
Around Turnpike Lane there are all the general shops, supermarkets and amenities you'll need. There are a couple of decent pubs close by and there is a nice park at the end of the street. We are also just a short walk from Green Lanes for delicious Turkish food, Hornsey for some nice restaurants and Alexander Palace for a nice view!

Looking for:
We're looking for a friendly and sociable professional (sorry, unfortunately, no students) who is happy to hang out, have an occasional drink and treat the house like their home but also be respectful, clean and tidy. Non-smokers only. Ideally, we would be looking for a female to keep the balance in the house.
