The most convenient flat ever!

Hello everyone!

My current flatmate is moving lit after completing his course, so his super nice, light, double bedroom will become available in our cute Turnpike Lane flat from the 15th of December
About the flat:
This is probably the best located place I’ve ever lived in London!
30-seconds away from Turnpike Lane tube station (Piccadilly), I get to work in Mayfair within 25 mins door-to-door.
Located on a cul-de-sac street you will be only 5-10 min waking distance from three big supermarkets (sainsburys, lidl and a big Morrison’s) a shopping center (wood green mall) two 24-hour gyms, two cinemas (vue, cineworld) and a range of different cute local shops, pubs and restaurants (Turkish barbecue places on green lanes)
The flat was originally rent unfurnished but your room now has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small desk/shelving unit. As these are provided by myself, I won’t be able to ask the landlord for any replacements.
It is not a hugely spacious flat so ideally I’m looking for someone with not many bulky furniture.
The flat consists of an entrance/hall way, one bathroom with bathtub and shower, the two double bedrooms and a cosy kitchen/sitting area with all the usual appliances (unfortunately no dishwasher but equipped with a berkey water filter, nutribullet, nespresso machine, microwave oven and a ninja airfryer)
I’ve refurbished the sitting area and it has a nice modern look with new sofa, shelving units and TV.
Rent is £950 per month including bills and the deposit is £750
About myself:
I’m Alex a professional Greek guy and have lived in this flat for the past 9 years.
Interests included but not limited to: eating/cooking, gym, cinema, Netflix/Disney+, the occasional night out etc.
Looking for a relaxed, respectful and easygoing person like me to share the flat with. As it’s a small flat I am interested mainly for someone with similar vibes.
If you like dogs, on occasion there will be an 12yo white miniature Schnauzer (hypoallergenic/house trained) living with us for a few days a month. Unfortunately there is no spare space to accommodate another four-legged companion.
