The property is located in Turnpike Lane several minutes walking distance from Turnpike Lane Tube Station Picadilly Line.
The room is furnished there is a washing machine in the kitchen.
The property has fibre optic broadband which is included in the price and so are all the bills included in the rent £520pcm.
We are looking for female who is tidy and considerate. The property has two separate kitchens two separate shower rooms and two separate toilets.
Cleaning of the communal area is included.
