Really Large Double

One of our current housemates is unfortunately leaving at the end of of the September so we are looking for someone to take his room. You'll be living with two brothers so the flat is homely.

The room itself is very large and comes with a bed frame and desk.

There are two bathrooms and so never any waiting around to wash. We have a good amount of living space with a really bright and airy living room with a dining table. The kitchen is well equipped we have a small table in there so plenty of eating space. Bills are not included and work out to be around £150 a month

I have worked as a chef for the last 7/8 years, currently working with regular day shifts so I'm around most evenings. I try to keep myself busy with staying active, gym/bouldering/bjj/tag rugby. Love cooking for dinner parties, or just chilling watching a film.

Together we are both easy going, we like to hang out and watch tv/films together and sometimes cook or have a couple of drinks. We are both very respectful of boundaries but would like someone who wants somewhere homely and not just a place to stay.

Keeping the flat really tidy is important to us, that means doing more than the bare minimum. Generally taking responsibility for the cleanliness of the public areas without having to be asked, I. e. taking out the bins, cleaning the fridge etc. Have been burnt by living with messy people before so please don't get in contact if this isn't you.
