The flat is located 5-10 minutes from Turnpike Lane Underground, 10 minutes from Wood Green Underground and 20 minutes walk to Haringey Overground. There’s Tesco, Sainsburys, Lidl and Morrisons, all within 5-10 minutes of the flat. 5-10 minutes walk to Wood Green’s The Mall, which includes a vegetable market, TKMaxx, Wilko’s and a variety of other stores. Green Lanes, and its wealth of excellent Turkish Food is 20 minutes walk away, with a range of other restaurants close by.

Bills include council tax, water, gas, electricity, buildings service charge and internet, as well as postal subscriptions to monthly deliveries of dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets and toilet paper.

You would be living with one woman (aged 32, straight) and one man (aged 35, gay) and a dog. We both work in the arts. We enjoy a calm, peaceful home environment.
