Double-room in spacious Victorian townhouse

We’re looking for someone to come join us in our beautiful Victorian townhouse in West Green, Haringey.

Edit: We'll be shortlisting on the 5th and 6th of July, with visits to be scheduled for the 13th to 17th.

As you’ll see from the photos, the house is bright and spacious, with an:

- open plan kitchen and dining area
- cosy and welcoming living room
- and a large, double-sectioned garden

The multiple communal spaces mean it’s easy to either hangout as a group or to have some well-needed time and space all to yourself.

Your room comes furnished with a double-bed and wardrobe.

Location:

Situated on a quiet road, less than 10 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane station and only 5 minutes from the local high-street, with multiple supermarkets, a shopping centre, gym, cinemas and parks nearby.

From the station it’s only 15-20 minutes to Central London, and 25-30 to the City.

Housemates:

You’ll be sharing your home with 2 other housemates: a man and a woman, both in our mid 20s-early 30s. We're easy-going and like to make the place feel like a home.

We’re fans of cracking out the BBQ when the weather’s warm, cooking big meals for the house or having spontaneous takeaways, heading to the local for a pub quiz, Saturday morning ParkRuns, or relaxing in the lounge after work with a glass of wine! It would be great to find someone who's friendly and sociable and is also happy to share the cleaning.

Details:

The rent for your room is £578 per month, before Council Tax (Band D), broadband and bills, but including TV License.
