Double room in lovely flat

I am leaving London, so looking for someone to take my double room, which has plenty of space for a desk and wardrobe.

The flat is a one minute walk away from Turnpike Lane station and the high street has a big Sainsbury’s and Aldi. We have
a great terrace that picks up a lot of sun! And a spacious kitchen/lounge area.

I can be flexible with moving out but ideally want to move as soon as possible, the contract ends in July but flatmates are keen to renew for another year.

We are pretty communal flat and have been friends for years, so it’s important that you get on with the flatmates (Paige and Larry). They are both working professionals and like going to pubs, playing cards and movie nights in.

Bills are around £165 a month but this includes everything, as well as TV license, VirginTV & Netflix. The bed comes with the room but the rest is mine and I will take with me. Happy to leave the bookshelf though or I will just throw out.
