En-suite Double Room in cosy well located flat

We’re looking for a tidy, friendly flatmate to take over the contract for a en-suite double room in our cosy Turnpike Lane flat from 25th Feb. The contract runs up until 25 August with the option to renew.

The Room:
* Private en-suite shower and sink (no sharing)
* Furnished: king sized bed, wardrobe and can fit a desk
* The room is £900 and bills come up to £100 per person (including water, wifi, gas/electric, and council tax which is Band D)
* The deposit is £875
* Photos are from a previous tenant; the entire room is now painted white

The Flat (accessibility issues included):
* Modern flat in a Victorian residential building
* The main living space is open kitchen, dining, sitting room with new carpets
* There’s one step before you get into the house and then 15 stairs to get into the actual flat
* There’s an intercom system for security with video
* We have a TV with all the subscriptions you can imagine on it
* Unfortunately, the landlord doesn’t rent to anyone on benefits

Location - Turnpike Lane
* We’re 8 minutes away from Turnpike Lane and Hornsey Station
* We’re also super close to Crouch End (lots of cute charity shops, pubs and cafes)
* Just a few mins away from Tesco and Sainsbury’s and the Lidl is just a 10 minute walk
* 7 minutes to Wood Green Mall (Boots, TK Maxx, B&M, etc)

About Us:
* Josie (she/her) is 30, white, queer, neurodivergent and Canadian. She works for a non-profit arts foundation and in her spare time likes to go to the cinema, charity shopping, gallery hopping and reading tarot. She makes an amazing cheeseboard.
* Han (they/them) is 28, black and queer. They work in TV PR - so always has a good rec - and loves live music, reading and is always down for a pint.

About You:
* Someone who can treat this place as a home, is clean and willing for a chat but can do their own thing
* Preferably in their late 20s or early 30s
* We’d also like someone who is a good communicator and has great relational ethics
