-the house is close to Tube 6-7 min by walk (or 2 bus stops), Zone 3 Turnpike lane station (Piccadilly line)
-or 20 min walk (8 min by bus), Zone 2 Manor House station.
-there are also great buses, 29 Trafalgar sq via Camden Town (24 hours service), 141 London Bridge, 341 Waterloo.

Fully furnished house with 1 complete bathroom (with bath/shower/WC/sink) and 1 additional separate WC (with a sink).
The shared kitchen/diner is large and fully equipped. There is no living room I`m afraid.

There`s a lovely garden with lots of flowers. You`d be sharing with 4 lovely house mate (3 female and 1 male)!

The rent is £695/month (£160/week).
2 weeks deposit required in advance to secure the room for you.

All bills are included in the price. The minimum term of stay is 6 months. The notice after this period is finished is 2 weeks.
