Hi! We have 2x double bedrooms available in Turnpike Lane due to me and another flatmate moving to a different area.
Room 2 is now TAKEN. Preferably NO STUDNETS SORRY!
You will be living with Fabio and Angel who are both in their mid 20s as working professionals. We all have different work schedule and sometimes we will share conversation in the kitchen. Generally a chill vibe household!
We have Lidl and Sainsbury both 10mins away, The Gym group and Wood Green high street is also down the corner. The transport link is fantastic which will get you to Central London under 20mins via Piccadilly Line. there is also Hornsey Rail Station and various bus link.
We will be looking for clean, respectful professionals who are ideally also in their mid 20s to join the flat. Please also note that there will be £50 for referencing fee.
The bills are around £120 including gas, water, electricity, council tax and Wi-Fi per month. This seems to stays the same for both Summer and Winter.
