Double room in lovely house near Picadilly Line

🏠 About the house/room:

One of our housemates is moving in with his partner so we have a double room available in our lovely home. The property is spread over 3 floors with 3 bathrooms, a lounge, large kitchen, garden and guest bedroom which we all share for when friends/family visit - so there's plenty of space!

The room available is a good sized double bedroom which is furnished with a small double bed (with great storage underneath), a wardrobe, bedside table and shelves.

We’re super close to the tube and the high street has everything you need! Rent is £680 and bills usually come to about £130-£150 a month (we're council tax band D). Looking for someone to move in asap but can be flexible.

✨About us:

You'll be living with Jack (32, M), Charlie (32, F), Kate (28, F) and Aderyn (28, F). We all have full-time jobs in the creative industries with a mix of WFH and office hours. We've become good friends since moving in together so it's important to us that our new housemate is also looking for a social vibe.

We love our house (it’s such a steal for how nice it is!) so we like to keep it clean and tidy - we have a fortnightly cleaner but also all make an effort to keep it looking nice in between cleans (without stressing about the odd thing being left out here and there).
