Room for Female Student WAIVE RENT Term Break

Hello, I am looking for a FEMALE to take over my room from Aug 2024 to May /June 2025. Video and in-person viewing welcome!

-5-7 min walk to Turnpike Lane station; 20 mins to Holborn.

-I have an annual Travelcard you can use for Tube :D Go anywhere you like!

- room has a lock with your own key!

-£150/week, all bills included. Very warm heating during winter with no extra cost.

-Can waive 7-14 days of rent during your winter term break. Keep your things here.

-You may rent till you finish your exams in June 2025.

-discount for me to store some personal belongings, and further discount for paying the rent every 3 months. To be discussed.

-Rent has to be paid in cash (everyone does the same in this house).

-My previous sublet tenant (LSE Master's student; also female) followed the same arrangements as mentioned above, and we both saved money :D

-Room is fully furnished with a desk, a bed with a mattress, wardrobe and drawers.

-Room equipped with extension leads with type C and USB ports, lamp, mini-iron, mini-hairdryer, kettle, hot water bottle, emergency torch, bowl and plates, emergency medicines and even a portable electric dryer for clothes on rainy days.

-You share one toilet with a shower with one other room (two people) only. The other room is rented by recent graduates here (I'm a postgrad myself outside London)

- The house has a kitchen (microwave, toaster, gas stove), a refrigerator, a washing machine and a garden (for drying clothes).

- I prefer renting this to a student, as I need my room back in June 2025 when I finish my studies. I will sublet my room again in Aug 2025. If you are a professional/ freelancer and this works for you, you are welcome to approach me.
