Lovely double room available in Turnpike Lane

Hi, we are looking for a third flatmate for a small flat of three people near Turnpike Lane Station. (3min walk)
The room is reasonably big and has a lovely large window. It is currently £560 a month, but will go up to £588 on the 7th of September because the landlord is increasing the rent. There will also be a deposit (no more than 1 month of rent).
The rent does not include bills which usually come around £100-£120 a month including council tax (though that increases during the winter because of the cost of heating).
We are looking for a young professional, or a student willing to split council tax, who would consider our flat a home and not just a place to sleep. We are looking for somone who would want to be friends and spend some time together in the evening and the weekends, although we also understand and respect the need for personal time. We are looking for someone who will want to keep the flat clean and wholesome.
Currently the flat is occupied by two girls in their early twenties, one French, one Serbian/German so the flat has quite a European vibe. Although we are open to any gender, nationality, and sexuality we will probably only consider people in their twenties.
For a little bit about us: we are two friendly girls in their twenties who like cooking, going to gigs, listening to live music, sitting and chatting over a cup of coffee, and over-analysing movies.
