Room available in a lovely flat in North London

This a room with a double bed in a 2 people flat-share available from the 14th of September.

My lovely flatmate is moving so I'm looking for someone to take on her half of the flat share. The room comes with a bed frame, large built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and two large windows so lots of light!

Nearest stations are Turnpike Lane (6 mins) and Haringay Green Lanes (16 mins)

Within the flat, there's a shared kitchen and shared bathroom and large living room with a balcony. The living room comes with a couch and dining table.

Looking for a friendly and easy going flatmate to share with. I like to maintain cleanliness and good hygiene so looking for someone who shares those values.
The contract - our estate agents have been very helpful but they will require someone who can clear referencing quickly therefore professionals only, please. Deposit to be confirmed by estate agents, but it was standard 5 weeks when I moved in.

Bills usually come to about £120-130 per person every month, that includes council tax, gas + electricity, water and WIFI.
