Three Girl Flatmates Needed For September

LOOKING FOR FLATMATES ASAP!!!!

HELLO, HELLO, HELLO!!

My name is Carmeta, I’m a 20-year-old Spanish student looking for three new girl flatmates, aged 18-25) from September. Unfortunately, my lovely flatmates are leaving me and I gotta find some new lovely flatmates. Preferably, the new tenants would be students, unless you have no problem paying council tax by yourself or with whoever else is a non-student.

Regardless of room size, rent for all these rooms is the same; £675/month per person. This means, when choosing the room, first come, first serve. Bills (gas and electricity) normally are £15-20/month per person on hotter months and £30-40/month per person on colder months.

The house is located a short 3 minute walk from Turnpike Lane Station (Piccadilly Line), making it extremely easy to get to central London, as well as being close to shops, pharmacies, bus stops, parks and more. There’s also a mall full of retail shops and restaurants just a 10 minute walk away. Tesco, Waitrose and Lidle are all a short walk away.

Our house is not only a house, but a home, and I’d like to keep it that way. We don’t just live together as strangers, we are friends. We like to hang out in the kitchen, watch films in the living room and go out together sometimes, as well as have our own space and quiet time. Only thing I ask is to be respectful of the house and everyone’s space, as well as clean after yourselves. This is non-negotiable as we’ve had issues in the past. No need to be meticulously clean, just be mindful to keep the messiness in your room and not in communal spaces hehe ;)

If you are someone who is friendly and responsible, someone who wants to create genuine bonds with your housemates, as well as have a lovely homely environment, while still having your alone time, then this might be the place for you!!

Unfortunately, I’m still away and the landlord has requested I find new tenants ASAP, so, depending on the day, my current flatmate or the landlord will be holding the viewing while I’m on facetime.
