Big double room in 2 bed flat with a cat

Hello, a double room will be available soon.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat, you will only share it with one more person and a cat. It has a decent sized private garden, living room, kitchen, a single shared bathroom. Bills and council tax are paid separately. The location is a 7 minute walk (google maps can validate) to the Turnpike Lane tube station, doesn't have much road traffic and is near plenty of shops, banks, gym, cinema etc. The landlord is a really nice old couple.

The room is big, has natural light, is quiet, backs onto the garden (has a private door out on to the garden) and already contains 2 wardrobes. if you have a lot of clothes, you will be loving it.

The other house mate is 34F, Hungarian, works in finance on a regular weekday 9-5. She is quiet, clean and considerate, and is hoping for someone with similar values. She is also cool, talkative and likes to socialize in the common areas, sit out to drink in the garden together etc.

She also has a cat, he is very social (very chatty) and sometimes likes to come and sleep with us - be nice and he will probably come and sleep with you too!

Aside from someone female, quiet, clean and considerate, we are hoping for someone who loves cats and works on a similar 9-5 weekday pattern.
