This is a bright, spacious, modern top-floor flat within a house close to the high street in wood green , 7 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane/Wood Green Underground. Our current flatmate is sadly moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over the 2 rooms, Available from 27th September.

The flat is has 2 floors, with two rooms down and one up. The upstairs room in the duplex is bigger 29sqm, the one downstairs is about 16sqm. We also have a great kitchen space which catches the sun in the evenings.

About the rooms: 
Genuinely beautiful and bright double room overlooking the back garden (garden not included), full direct sunlight all the afternoon. Central heating (with double-glazed windows, so we don't have to use the heating much), wide mirrored wardrobe, double bed, mattress and bedside tables.

🚌 Great transport links, with many buses serving the area. Turnpike Lane & Wood Green are 7 minutes walk way . Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Lidl in a 7 minute walk away. A large Morrisons is a 10 minute walk away.

This room would be a great fit for a clean, tidy, and responsible non-smoker who values a friendly and respectful living environment. I really appreciate when everyone does their part to keep the shared spaces clean, as it helps us maintain a happy and harmonious home. Since I'm busy with my studies and need good rest, I prefer a quieter atmosphere, and I’m also mindful of others and our neighbors. I’m hoping we can create a comfortable, considerate, and welcoming space together.
