Lovely and spacious Double Room in Turnpike Lane

Hello there!

I’m a 25 year old professional looking for someone who can take this lovely room in Turnpike Lane

I have lived in this flat for 4 years and the landlady would rent it back to me after I had to leave for a while and I’m hoping to find the right person to share the flat with and start the new tenancy pretty asap :)

The flat is a 2-bed without a shared living room, but the rooms are very spacious, there’s a cute kitchen and the main bathroom will be all yours as I would have an en-suite in my bedroom. All the furniture in the pictures will be in the room, plus a desk and desk chair. The house also has a tumble dryer in the storage room in the corridor, suuuper useful!

The flat is 7 minute walk from Turnpike Lane station on the Piccadilly Line and you can get to Central London in 20-25 minutes. It’s also a 5 minute walk from the high street where you can eeeeverything you might need - 2 cinemas, a big Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Morrisons, H&M, Primark, a mall, Boots, Superdrug, 2 TheGyms and one brand new PureGym…you name it and it’s there :)

If you walk 20 minutes you’ll be in Ally Pally, my favourite place to go for a walk and concerts and you can actually see London’s skyline from there

I currently work 4 days a week in a hotel and I’m a music producer and session musician and I do a lot of work from home, but I’m always super respectful when it comes to maintaining a reasonable volume. Also when I’m at home I like to cook and chat over a glass of wine in the kitchen or go out to go see concerts, exhibitions or simply going out with friends!
